How do I sign up for an online account?

To sign up, simply click the LOGIN button on the top right-hand side of the home screen and click “Create an Account”. Fill in all your required details and you’ll receive a confirmation email to activate your account. The next time you shop with us, you’ll can log in for a faster checkout experience.

How do I update my contact details?

Update your contact details by signing into your online account, selecting ‘My Addresses’ and clicking ‘edit’ or ‘add a new address’. Otherwise, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you require assistance. 

Can I change my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. However, if you want to change your order please contact us immediately with your order number and, if it has not yet been processed, we will update your new order asap.

How can I check if a product is available?

If you are ordering the product online, you will only be able to add the item to your cart if the item is available.  If the item is not in stock, the cart icon will not be displayed.

What online payment options are available?

We accept the following online payment options for our website via credit card - Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal

Do you ship overseas?

We currently only ship within Australia and to New Zealand.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Delivery within Australia usually takes 5-7 business days to arrive.  New Zealand may be 10-14 days.

I’ve returned an item, when can I expect to receive my refund?

Please allow 3-5 days for your refund to be processed back into your account once it has been received and inspected by our customer service team. For more details on exchanges or refunds, please see Exchange and Returns
